Licensed Premises Compliance Tips
This document clarifies what type of documentation will be accepted to show compliance with the requirements related to proposed licensed premises applications.
Advertising and Sales Bulletin
This bulletin is meant to assist licensees in navigating the regulated landscape under the Natural Medicine Code and the Department of Revenue's Natural Medicine Rules regarding advertising.
Inventory Tracking
Natural Medicine licensees are required to track their inventory and file monthly inventory reports with the Natural Medicine Division. The video on the right provides instructions on how to use them.
NMD Cultivation Inventory Tracking Form
The purpose of this form is to collect information to comply with Rule 5025, Minimum Inventory Tracking Requirements.
NMD Monthly Waste Tracking Form
The purpose of this form is to collect information to comply
with Rule 3010(B)(5), which requires a Natural Medicine Business to maintain a Waste Log for two years as a business record.
It is also required by Rule 3120, which details how to handle Natural Medicine Waste and requires a waste log.
NMD Product Manufacturer Inventory Tracking Form
The purpose of this form is to collect information to comply with Rule 6020, Minimum Inventory Tracking Requirements.
NMD Testing Facility Inventory Tracking Form
The purpose of this form is to collect information to comply with Rule 7035, Minimum Inventory Tracking Requirements.
NMD Transport Manifest/Transfer Form
The purpose of this form is to collect information to comply with Rule 3405, Transport and Storage. This form will serve as your “Transport Manifest,” as listed in Rule 3405(D).
