Natural Medicine Division Newsroom
Helpful resources
The Department of Revenue's Natural Medicine Division website contains several resources that may help answer your questions about regulating and licensing natural medicine businesses and their employees.
- The homepage shows who regulates which aspects of natural medicine in Colorado: The DOR licenses and regulates healing centers, cultivations, manufacturers, testing facilities, and their owners and employees. The Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) regulates the facilitators of natural medicine. The homepage also has a table, updated weekly, with pending and approved license numbers.
- The Frequently Asked Questions page has answers to the most common questions the Division has received, by topic, from stakeholders and people interested in applying for a natural medicine license.
- The Licensee Look-up Tool provides public information about the approved licensees.
- The Resources page highlights documents and educational resources, including the role of local jurisdictions, advertising regulations, and a summary of the legislation that provided the framework for natural medicine regulation.
