Unlicensed and Unlawful Activities

The regulated natural medicine program in Colorado is a therapeutic regulatory framework in which licensed facilitators offer natural medicine services to individuals over the age of 21.

Dispensing and distributing natural medicine as part of a business promotion or commercial activity is prohibited and remains a criminal offense under the Colorado Criminal Code. See § 18-18-434(5)(c), C.R.S. Sales of regulated natural medicine are prohibited in both the regulatory framework and in the personal use space.
